Where do you ship?

The Wa Space online store ships worldwide from our space in Akasaka, Tokyo.

Where is my order?

All orders include a delivery tracking code, however we have recently learned that some tracking codes do not update upon clearing customs. Please be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for the appropriate tracking link. If you do not receive an appropriate shipping confirmation email, please let us know.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the order and your location. We provide a delivery tracking code in your sales confirmation email.

Are customs or duty fees included in the order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover customs or duty fees for international orders. Please let us know if you have any further questions related to this.

My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?

In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately and we will personally address the specific issue.

Where do you source your products?

We have established connections with craftsmen and designers across Japan. We are always welcome to new suggestions.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

We do offer personalized gift-wrapping and handwritten notes in Japanese or English. Please ask us for more details.
